
Senior Customer Advocate

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive growth in customers, deposits and Bank of Choice through the delivery of a market leading loyalty proposition.
This role involves working with cross-functional teams to deliver on the strategic roadmap and evolution of the Personal Everyday Banking loyalty offers and rewards program, NAB Goodies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing pricing, commercial modelling, customer value and differentiating features and rewards that meet clear outcomes aligned with customer need, commercial sustainability and technical feasibility.
This role requires strong analytical and evidence-based decision making skills, as well as experience in Agile Ways of Working.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience working in similar Senior Consultant Loyalty Programs, coupled with experience in driving ideas & innovation, customer strategy and execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Demonstrated experience in financial modelling
- Strong analytical and evidence-based decision making skills
- Experience in Agile Ways of Working
- Ability to effectively engage and influence senior stakeholders
- High degree of business acumen
