Job Opportunity: HD Underground Drill Fitter

Barminco, a leading hard-rock underground mining company, is seeking experienced HD Underground Drill Fitters to join our operations across Australia.

We are looking for skilled individuals with experience on Sandvik Development, Production, and Cable Bolting Drill rigs. As a Drill Fitter, you will be responsible for planning and executing scheduled servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our state-of-the-art underground fleet or equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform scheduled servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of drill rigs
  • Plan and execute maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve technical issues and improve equipment efficiency
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant trade qualifications, certificates, and licenses
  • Experience as a Drill Fitter on underground Sandvik Drills
  • Ability to obtain National Police Clearance
