Job Title: Drilling Operations Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Drilling Operations Specialist to join our team in Western Australia. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who have a passion for drilling operations and want to work in a challenging yet rewarding environment.

This role will involve operating drill equipment, overseeing drill teams, liaising with clients on hole and sample production, completing necessary safety paperwork and processes, assisting with routine maintenance and loading/unloading heavy vehicles, setting up, dismantling, and moving drill rigs and equipment, and cleaning drill rigs, vehicles, equipment, and tools.

The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate 3 RII31815 in Drilling Operations and have minimum 1 year experience drilling on blast hole rigs. They must also hold a current HR Licence and be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to safety. Australian Citizenship or Permanent Resident status is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate drill equipment and oversee drill teams

  • Clean drill rigs, vehicles, equipment, and tools

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year experience drilling on blast hole rigs
  • Certificate 3 RII31815 in Drilling Operations (desirable)
  • Hold a current HR Licence (desirable)
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Resident
