As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

About Goodstart Calliope:

You will be joining a close-knit, 75-place centre with a well-established, family-oriented team that values strong connections between home, the community and the centre. Our diverse staff includes speakers of Tagalog and Mandarin, enriching our community with their linguistic and cultural backgrounds. Excitingly, we have a yard upgrade underway to enhance outdoor learning experiences for the children, providing them with even more opportunities to explore and grow.

You'll need:

• Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
