Key Role Summary:

Job Title: Assistant Director

Responsible for leading the early learning and care team at our centre. We are seeking a highly experienced professional with strong leadership skills to take on this key role.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead the centre team in delivering high-quality early learning and care programs
  • Mentor and develop staff members to achieve their full potential
  • Act as Centre Manager in the absence of the Centre Director
  • Implement policies and procedures as directed by senior management
Requirements:

We require an individual with previous experience in a similar leadership position. Strong understanding of early childhood learning principles is essential. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, children and families.

Desirable qualities include a passion for working with young children, a commitment to lifelong learning and a strong work ethic.
