The role of Assistant Director presents a unique opportunity to leverage your leadership skills and experience in early learning. As part of a high-performing team, you will be expected to drive continuous improvement across all aspects of centre operations.

About the Role:
  • Support the Centre Director in the delivery of high-quality early learning and care services
  • Mentor and develop capabilities within the centre team
  • Exercise leadership and management responsibilities in the absence of the Centre Director
  • Evaluate and implement best practice guidelines as outlined in the Goodstart Practice Guide

About Our Centre:

We take immense pride in our childcare centre's Exceeding rating from ACECQA and nearly 100 years of combined expertise in early childhood education. Our centre caters to children from six weeks to five years of age, with a maximum daily capacity of 74 children.

Our outdoor play areas feature a blend of natural and man-made elements, including multiple play surfaces, sandpits, dry creek beds, vegetable patches, chickens, beehives, compost areas, decking, trees, gardens, and shade.

We strive to create an engaging and stimulating environment that fosters growth and development in our children.
