About Us:

We are seeking a highly motivated Quality and Systems Support Officer to ensure effective operation of quality and compliance services nationwide.

  • Maintain quality management system ensuring it is appropriate, effective, up-to-date, and continuously improved to meet business needs and legislative changes.
  • Update and implement quality framework, policies, procedures, and reporting requirements for legislative compliance.
  • Provide high-level administration of all QHSE and WHS documentation, coordination, and maintenance of employee training records, presentations, executive reports, and correspondence as required.
  • Coordinate certification requirements.
  • Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Coordinate surveys related to WHS and quality.
  • Support Project Managers in preparing WHS and quality material for proposals and projects.
  • Support internal and external audits to assess compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and quality improvement projects.

Requirements:

  • Relevant quality experience.
  • Understanding of WHSE systems and processes.
  • Ability to complete auditing and demonstrate risk mitigation techniques.
  • Experience in identifying improvements within our management systems.
  • Understanding of compliance and accompanying systems.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
  • High level of confidentiality and reliability.
  • Advanced computer literacy skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
