Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

The role of Senior Quality Assurance Specialist is a critical position in ensuring the continued success and growth of our organization.
This includes overseeing internal and external audits, managing competency requirements for service technicians, and maintaining compliance with regulatory and company expectations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards.
- Develop, implement, and maintain a robust Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015).
- Foster strong relationships with managers, employees, regulators, and industry representatives.
- Review and interpret regulatory and company requirements to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Monitor the Quality Management System and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
About You:
A qualified mechanical tradesperson with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills is required. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver reliable results. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and experience with Root Cause Analysis are highly desirable.
