Be the Host with the Most

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Guest Service Agent. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their entire stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all guest interactions are friendly, attentive, and efficient.
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, including handling payments and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Offer personalized recommendations and insights to help guests make the most of their stay.
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of our guests, ensuring that they feel valued and cared for.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel software.
