Job Description

The role of Injury Management and Workforce Wellbeing Specialist involves facilitating proactive wellbeing initiatives through collaboration with stakeholders, as well as coordinating injury reporting and assessment in accordance with relevant legislation and policy.

  • You have a solid understanding of workers' compensation legislation and rehabilitation frameworks.
  • You are skilled in building strong relationships with employees, medical providers, and managers.
  • You possess excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands.
