Job Title

Our Meat Processing Team is seeking an experienced Training Specialist to join our growing operations.

This role involves delivering hands-on training to our team members in the areas of boning and slaughter floor operations. You will play a key part in ensuring our people are skilled, safe, and competent across these operational areas.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, solid knowledge of meat processing and related areas, and previous experience delivering training in a production environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for team members.
  • Maintain accurate training records and verify competency levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and implement effective training plans.
  • Support new employees through onboarding and skills development.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and promote quality assurance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Essential:
  • Strong people skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • MS Office proficiency.
  • Previous experience delivering training in a production or processing environment.
  • HR or Learning & Development-related qualifications highly regarded.
