Education Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified educator to join our team and contribute to the growth and development of children in our care. As an educator, you will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of our young students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement high-quality educational programs that promote learning and development in children 0-5 years old.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve program goals and improve outcomes for children.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with families and engage them in their child's learning journey.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of children's progress and participation.
Requirements
  • Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience working with children 0-5 years old in an early childhood education setting.
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A current Working with Children Check.
  • First Aid certificate.
