Strategic Scheduling and Dependency Expert

We are seeking an experienced Program Scheduling and Dependency Lead to join our team in Canberra or Brisbane.
The successful candidate will develop a master schedule, including major milestones, resourcing and dependencies. They will also be responsible for establishing an information system to reuse project level data.
Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging with program offices across the portfolio to align program scheduling and dependencies management systems and approaches.
- Leading portfolio and program scheduling advice and services to support program governance.
- Overseeing master schedule and monitoring individual program schedules.
- Providing specialist advice on schedule and dependent management.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in program scheduling and dependency management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with project managers and program delivery managers.
