About Opportunity Planning and Project Group

We are a professional services business, providing support to acquisition and sustainment projects in the Defence industry.

The Role

As a Scheduler with OPP experience, you will work on a contract basis until EOFY, with potential for further scheduling opportunities.

You will perform tasks such as:

  • Developing and implementing Quality benchmarks
  • Integrating risk events into OPP, working closely with the risk team
  • Project Dependency integration, reporting, and analysis
  • Cost forecasting and financial planning
  • Workforce planning in OPP
  • Schedule workforce planning
  • Developing strategic schedule reports
  • Communicating project controls changes and best practices to stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications

Required skills and experience include:

  • Recent experience in Scheduling using OPP within the Defence sector
  • Understanding of Risk, issues, and opportunities, and integrating them into OPP
  • Financial planning and analysis experience
  • Relevant qualifications and training
