At our dynamic organization, we are seeking an experienced Project Controls professional to join our team of highly technical and safety-critical professionals. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled individual to provide support to a broad range of projects across various technologies, sizes, and scopes.

The Role
  • Management and administration of the project scheduling system.
  • Analysis and maintenance of inter-project dependencies and identification of conflicts in tasking.
  • Maintain quality of data through liaison with program managers and resource providers.
  • Assist with work planning, scheduling, and the provision of scheduling and status/performance reports.

We require a strong track record in cost schedule management, experience in capability life cycle in an acquisition environment - FIC & ILS, a high level of experience in earned value management (EVM), understanding of governance in a technical project environment, and Australian citizenship with the ability to gain an AGSVA security clearance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote organizational excellence by ensuring that all tasks and activities are aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Schedule and coordinate resources efficiently to meet project timelines and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including program managers, resource providers, and other team members.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
