Job Opportunity: We're seeking a highly organized and process-driven HR Specialist to join our team.

This role offers a hybrid working environment with high levels of autonomy, allowing you to balance work and life effectively.

You'll be responsible for maintaining employee records, assisting with policy development, supporting onboarding, and ensuring compliance with standard legal practices.

Your excellent communication skills and knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws will be invaluable in this role.

We're looking for someone with at least five years of experience in an HR position, a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline, and proficiency in HRIS systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Supporting new employees during the onboarding process
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least five years of experience in an HR position
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems
