Job Summary:

This is a newly created HR Advisor role where you will oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, ranging from recruitment to performance management. You will provide HR advice and support across the business.

Duties:

  • Performance management, salary reviews, workplace conflicts/investigations, grievances - supporting and coaching managers through processes, whilst supporting employees on these matters also">
  • Policies - creation, update, and review to ensure they are in line with the organisation">
  • Industrial relations">
  • Working collaboratively and contributing towards various HR projects">
  • Managing HR issues across businesses, providing advice">
  • Recruitment - a strong focus on leading recruitment campaigns and onboarding talent throughout the business">

Requirements:

">

To be successful for this role you will have:

">

- Previous experience and knowledge within HR - Generalist or Advisor, Talent Acquisition (experience working with unionized workforce's industries like manufacturing, FMCG, construction or engineering will be highly regarded)

">

- Excellent communication both written and verbal

">

- Experience in providing advice/support on HR policies and processes.

">

- A go-getter attitude and able to deal with competing priorities

">

- The ability to interpret industrial relations

">
