Join our team as a Career Coach and make a meaningful difference in people's lives.

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated professional to support individuals with disability, injury or health conditions as they prepare for a meaningful career.

As a Career Coach at our organization, you will be part of a collaborative team guiding people through the job-readiness journey - helping them build confidence, develop skills, and achieve their career goals.

From initial conversations to job application and interview preparation, you will empower individuals to take control of their future and feel ready to step into the workforce.

You will work closely with clients as they plan their next career steps, providing support to find the right job along the way. You will build strong relationships to understand each client's goals, strengths, and support needs.

You will provide tailored coaching and regular check-ins to maintain motivation and progress. You will connect participants with upskilling opportunities, hands-on experience, and group-based activities.

You will collaborate with employers and community services to open pathways to employment and training. You will meet or exceed internal and external performance benchmarks. You will champion our organization's values of inclusion, empowerment, and person-centred practice.

About You

You bring empathy, energy and a strong drive to make a difference. With experience or a genuine passion for employment services, you are confident supporting people, building trust and guiding them toward meaningful and sustainable careers.

You are outcomes-focused, highly organized, and thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment. You love getting to know each client's unique strengths, goals and challenges so you can coach them effectively and build their confidence for their next career.

You enjoy engaging with employers; taking the time to understand their business needs so you can prepare candidates who are the right fit. Your strong relationship-building skills allow you to connect with both clients and employers alike.

You are proactive, professional, and detail-oriented, always maintaining accurate records and upholding a high standard of service. Above all, you lead with integrity, empathy, and a commitment to inclusive, person-centred support.
