About the Opportunity

This is an exciting chance for a self-starting graduate to join a two-year career development program at a major healthcare organization. As a physiotherapist, you will be part of a supportive team of rehabilitation consultants who work together to help Australians be safe and well at work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate treatment and rehabilitation needs of workers with work-related or non-work-related injuries or illnesses.
  • Conduct assessments such as initial needs, workplace evaluations, ergonomics and activities of daily living.
  • Conduct specialist functional and pre-employment assessments for corporate customers.
  • Help clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing transferable skills, qualifications and interests.
  • Responsible for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor progress toward return-to-work goals.
  • Engage with key stakeholders and build relationships to facilitate achievement of business objectives.
