Employment Consultant Role

We are seeking a professional to support participants in the Workforce Australia program at our Morisset site.

  • Manage a high-volume caseload of job seekers to secure sustainable employment outcomes.

The successful candidate will actively engage with job seekers, provide tools and confidence for them to enter the workforce, and apply strong problem-solving skills and resilience to maximise employment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-volume caseload of job seekers to achieve desired employment outcomes.
  • Engage effectively with 'work ready' job seekers to secure meaningful employment opportunities.
  • Identify and address barriers preventing jobseekers from being job ready through collaborative problem-solving approaches.
  • Provide job seekers with the necessary tools and confidence to successfully enter the workforce.
  • Apply adaptable problem-solving skills and think critically to overcome challenging situations and environments.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in managing high-volume caseloads and achieving business KPIs and targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with job seekers and stakeholders.
  • A confident and trustworthy self-starter who thrives on delivering results and navigating complex environments.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop solutions to overcome challenges and obstacles.
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office applications.
