Professional Order Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Order Management Professional to join our team. This individual will play a vital role in managing sales ledger and credit control tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparation of monthly reports on debt and ECL, including credit risk assessment
- Escalation of queries through mailbox and Salesforce cases, both internal and external
- Posting of bank entries related to order to cash transactions
- Maintenance of contracts and invoicing of customers
- Execution of audit checks and tasks
- Day-to-day finance processing
- Identification and reporting of process improvements to the team lead
- Review and reconciliation of integrations from operating platforms and Salesforce to Netsuite for completeness and integrity of invoicing
- Development of standard operating procedures as needed
- Creation of bank payments
- Analysis of month-end data
