As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the order fulfillment process to ensure seamless delivery of goods to customers. Your mission will be to optimize stock availability, manage planning from a logistics perspective, and guarantee that orders are delivered in full and on-time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Development: Foster the growth of team members by developing their operational and technical capabilities to drive transformation and provide excellent service to stakeholders.\
  • Order Book Management: Maintain and execute the order book according to customer expectations, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns and launches.\
  • Availability Management: Collaborate with teams to track and prioritize seasonal orders, establish Hard Launch processes, and identify critical supply chain constraints.\
  • RFC Management: Work with sales and finance teams to monitor and manage RFCs, ensuring alignment and implementation of actions to meet financial targets.\
  • Allocation: Manage outbound lead times and calendar quarterly to ensure accurate delivery plans and calculations.\
  • Delivery Note (DN) Management: Collaborate with channels to create and execute DN creation, ensuring goods delivery adheres to service level agreements.\
  • Reporting: Produce order book-related reports to ensure transparency for on-time delivery projections, and provide operational reporting required by stakeholders.\
  • Project and others: Participate in SAP workshops/upgrades and regression testing within the Order Fulfilment area when required.\
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, including customer service, wholesale, DTC, EM SCM, PSI, brand, master data, marketing operations, demand planning, and logistics providers.\
  • Problem Solving: Employ analytical and process thinking to resolve complex issues and challenges related to order fulfillment.\
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and continuous improvement initiatives within the Order Fulfilment team.\
  • Culture Fit: Embody the company's values and culture by being adaptable, resilient, and open to feedback and new ideas.\
  • Professional Development: Pursue ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge in areas such as SAP, Power BI, and advanced Excel.\
