About the Opportunity

We are seeking a driven and commercially oriented Business Development Manager to spearhead the growth of major accounts in aged care and retirement living.

This national role focuses on nurturing and expanding existing client relationships, negotiating high-value deals, and developing strategic partnerships that deliver long-term value.

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of major national accounts across aged care and retirement living.
  • Develop and execute strategic partnership plans to drive business expansion.
  • Lead negotiations and close complex commercial agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of tailored solutions.
  • Identify market trends, client needs, and new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in business development, account management, or partnerships.
  • A strong understanding of the aged care and/or retirement living sectors (preferred).
  • Commercial acumen with a track record of successful deal-making.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Self-starting abilities with the capacity to manage a national portfolio and work independently.
