
Compassionate Centre Leader

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Manager to lead the daily operations of our well-regarded centre, providing high-quality care and education to children and their families.
The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication, management, and organisational skills. They will also have extensive knowledge of early childhood standards and regulations, including EYLF and NQS.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the centre's daily operations to ensure a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for children and families.
- Provide effective leadership, guidance, and support to staff to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with early childhood standards and regulations, and maintain appropriate records and reporting.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development among staff.
- Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor equivalent in Early Childhood.
- Valid Blue Card.
- Current First Aid or CPR Certificate.
- Child protection Training or willingness to obtain.
- Knowledge of Child Safe Standards.
- Exhibits excellent communication, leadership, and management skills.
- Demonstrates strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Has extensive knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and Rating and Assessment.
- Understands and applies Child Safe Standards.
- Is passionate about delivering high-quality education and care.
