Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Manager to lead the daily operations of our well-regarded centre, providing high-quality care and education to children and their families.

The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication, management, and organisational skills. They will also have extensive knowledge of early childhood standards and regulations, including EYLF and NQS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the centre's daily operations to ensure a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for children and families.
  • Provide effective leadership, guidance, and support to staff to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with early childhood standards and regulations, and maintain appropriate records and reporting.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development among staff.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor equivalent in Early Childhood.
  • Valid Blue Card.
  • Current First Aid or CPR Certificate.
  • Child protection Training or willingness to obtain.
  • Knowledge of Child Safe Standards.
