Senior Audit Manager, Financial Crime

We are seeking a Senior Audit Manager to contribute to the development and execution of our Financial Crime and Fraud audit program.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with experience in financial services and strong skills in risk management and audit.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide objective assurance on risk management to key stakeholders to secure customer wellbeing.
  • Identify issues and provide high-quality audit reports that inform business decisions.
  • Manage Audit Reviews against agreed plans and forecasts.
  • Guide team members on subject matter and audit process in Financial Crime, Fraud, Privacy, Conduct, Legal and Regulatory Risk areas.
  • Assist in preparing internal materials for engagement, education and upskilling of the function.
  • Contribute to Annual Operating Plans and Quarterly Business Review memos.
Key Qualifications
  • Demonstrable financial services experience and adaptability.
  • Extensive experience in Compliance and/or AML Compliance and/or audit, and risk management role, preferably in a testing function.
  • Strong knowledge of FCC risks across AML/ CTF, Economic & Trade Sanctions and AB&C laws, regulations and directives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to execute tasks with urgency and deliver audits and assigned tasks on time.
  • Demonstrated ability in building strong customer relationships based on credibility, rapport and trust.
