Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of People Advisory Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert guidance and support to employees and managers on people-related matters.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality advice and coaching. You will be responsible for advising on employment lifecycle issues, including probation, flexible work arrangements, performance management, and conduct matters.

You will also be required to receive and respond to complex queries via our service delivery tool, escalating or seeking guidance where necessary, and maintaining accurate records in line with privacy requirements.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and coaching on people-related matters
  • Receive and respond to complex queries via our service delivery tool
  • Maintain accurate records in line with privacy requirements
  • Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver high-quality services

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a generalist HR role
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong customer service orientation and collaborative working style
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally

Other Information

This is a full-time position, with a specified term of 12 months. The successful candidate will be required to undergo a national police check and may be subject to other security/medical/character requirements.
