To be successful in this role, you should have experience coaching children's gymnastics classes and be able to communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and management.

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Demonstrated experience working as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Experience instructing a class of participants with varying skill levels and abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, especially when interacting with children.
  • A thorough knowledge of health and safety issues relevant to work activities and area.
  • A current Level Two First Aid Certificate and Current CPR Certificate are essential.
  • A minimum Intermediate GA or Advanced Coaching Qualification if teaching saultos is required.
  • A current National Police Check and Current Working with Children Check are necessary.
