After Hours Coordinator Job Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a skilled After Hours Coordinator. As a key member of our facility, you will be responsible for the overall management of the workplace in the absence of senior leaders.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to support others in the workplace. You will work closely with the Executive and Nurse Managers to provide high-quality care to vulnerable patients.

You will be responsible for managing urgent care centre operations, triaging patient presentations, and maintaining safety protocols.

Additionally, you will participate in quality improvement initiatives, coordinate training programs, and support the implementation of recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage urgent care centre operations, including patient triage and management.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including audit completion and training coordination.
  • Support the implementation of recommendations from quality audits and other initiatives.
  • Maintain safety protocols, including infection control, fire and emergency procedures, and security checks.
