About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team at Mercer. As a key member of our Client Service team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing exceptional service, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare financial planning documents, applications, and client reviews.
- Manage client schedules, meeting preparation, and follow-up actions.
- Handle compliance requirements, including maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Serve as a contact for client inquiries and service needs, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Support advisers in the completion of paraplanning requests, Advice Documents (RoA's), and File Notes.
What You Need to Succeed
- Minimum of 5 years in a financial planning, wealth management, or client service role.
- Proficient in Xplan, Salesforce, and MS Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of financial products, services, and industry regulations.
- RG146 compliant.
