About The Role

We're seeking a Speech Pathologist to provide life-changing speech pathology to NDIS participants in Maitland and surrounding areas. This is a full-time position, but part-time would also be considered.

Your Everyday

As a Speech Pathologist at Everyday Independence, you'll work in diverse settings, from homes and schools to playgrounds, workplaces, and community centres. You'll utilise an evidence-based measurement tool and your skills in assessment to create therapy plans and provide life-changing speech pathology to support participants in achieving their goals and maximising NDIS funding.

You'll work within an interdisciplinary team of passionate and dedicated allied health professionals, building meaningful relationships with participants and their supports. You'll also attend weekly team meetings, sharing stories of impact, coffee, and laughs.

  • Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology
  • SPA Registration
  • A positive and flexible approach to work
  • Strong communication skills and a team player

  • Valid driver's license
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check
  • Working with Children's Check
  • Experience working in NDIS/disability is preferred, but not essential.
