Senior Speech Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Speech Pathologist to join our team in Maitland. As a Senior Speech Pathologist, you will play a key role in supporting our NDIS participants with complex communication needs, swallowing difficulties, and/or complex behaviors.
You will work closely with our team of 50+ Speech Pathologists to provide clinical services to participants aged 0-65, across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, and community settings.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality clinical services to NDIS participants with complex communication needs, swallowing difficulties, and/or complex behaviors
- Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement individualized plans to support participants' goals and outcomes
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
- Provide supervision and support to junior Speech Pathologists
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
- Registration with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
- Previous experience as a Speech Pathologist working with NDIS participants in a clinical or community setting
- A car and driver's license
- A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
