Early Childhood Education Talent Sourcer

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a remote agency supporting clients in sourcing top talent for early childhood education roles across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and identify candidates for early childhood education roles using advanced recruitment techniques.
  • Manage and update recruitment systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
  • Draft engaging job adverts and recruitment campaigns to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Format CVs/resumes to meet client standards and assist in pre-screening candidates as required.
  • Proactively communicate with the team about potential candidates and suggest strategies to improve sourcing efforts.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Previous experience in recruitment or talent sourcing, preferably with exposure to the Australian job market.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with recruitment software and technology tools.
  • Ability to work flexible hours in Queensland time zone.
