About the Role- As a key member of our team, you will provide expert mentoring and coaching to Trainee Drivers and Locomotive Drivers within competency-based frameworks to ensure safe and efficient train operations.
Your primary responsibilities will include motivating and instructing drivers, developing supportive relationships, and achieving training program objectives.
- You will be responsible for delivering and maintaining comprehensive training plans, reports, learning documents, logbooks, and check sheets.
