We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regional Rail Administrator to join our team located at the Mindyarra Maintenance Facility in Dubbo. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative tasks related to the Regional Rail Project (RR).
About the Role:
- Provide administrative support to the operations team, including documentation, scheduling, and communication.
- Process payroll for the project.
- Lead raising Purchase Orders and subsequent administration of payments and processing for the Regional Rail project.
- Maintain accurate records of project-related documentation, including schedules, contracts, and reports.
- Act as a liaison between different departments and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.
- Ensure all administrative activities comply with company policies and project-specific regulations.
About You:
- Have exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Show high attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
- Be able to proactively identify and resolve administrative issues.
