About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Ticketing Operations Manager to join our team.
This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing Merlin's ticketing systems to support the success of attractions across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising with stakeholders across marketing, operations, finance, and retail to ensure seamless ticketing strategies and processes.
- Identifying and delivering optimal package solutions by liaising with requestors and Accesso to test, launch, and manage new package requests.
- Actioning all requested changes and ensuring accuracy in the setup across all attractions and associated merchants.
- Providing expertise for implementation of assigned projects and functionality deployments.
- Working cross-regionally to support the Global Ticketing Team as required.
About You
To shine in this position, you will have:
• Familiarity with tourism/attraction industry and operational processes is essential.
• Proficient in written and spoken English; additional language skills are beneficial.
