As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing Telco's CRM Oracle Database. This entails managing and optimizing database performance, ensuring data security, privacy, and integrity. You will be responsible for executing data migration jobs, collaborating with application developers, and contributing to the creation and maintenance of disaster recovery plans.

Our ideal candidate possesses strong practical experience in Oracle 19C and above versions, as well as proficiency in Oracle management tools such as Data Guard, RMAN, and Data pump. Experience in handling Billing & CRM Databases and knowledge of PM2, SQL Tuning Advisor, SQL Plan Management, and Oracle Performance Analyzer are also highly desirable.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Maintain, manage, and enhance Telco's CRM Oracle DB
  • Experience in handling Billing & CRM Databases
  • Experience with Oracle DB upgrades
  • Strong practical experience of Oracle 19C and above versions
  • Oracle management tools (Data Guard, RMAN, Data pump)
  • Proactively manage and maintain security standards and controls
  • Strong understanding of PM2, SQL Tuning Advisor, SQL Plan Management, and Oracle Performance Analyzer
