About This Role

We're seeking a skilled and customer-focused professional to join our Trade Counter team as an Industrial Sales Representative.

As part of this team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that engineers, project managers, and other tradespeople have access to the products they need to undertake major projects.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert product knowledge and advice to customers">
  • Preparing quotes and offering solutions to meet customers' needs">
  • Maintaining accurate stock levels and managing inventory">
  • Contributing to a positive and safe working environment">
  • Assisting with occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle">

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles, with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences">
  • Strong product knowledge and the ability to learn new systems quickly">
  • A clean, valid HR Truck Driver's license and willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends">
