Role: Industrial Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced industrial account manager to excel in a territory.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining key customer relationships, delivering high levels of customer service and enhancing territory performance.

About the Role

  1. Develop effective customer relations by understanding customer needs and requirements.
  2. Conduct regular customer reviews and deliver outcomes within designated timelines.
  3. Address customer inquiries through in-person meetings, phone or email.
  4. Monitor market activity and implement sales strategies accordingly.
  5. Provide product training and support to our dealer network.
  6. Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations and process orders.

Requirements

  1. Proven sales experience or techniques in a similar role or industry.
  2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  3. High accuracy and attention to detail.
  4. Self-motivated with a drive to exceed results.
  5. Experience with CRM systems is highly desirable.
  6. A valid driver's license is required.
