This role presents a unique opportunity to join a national team focused on high-level procurement work, technology, telecommunications, and outsourcing.

About the Role

The position sits within a national Corporate & Commercial team, with the Sydney group specialising in technology and telecommunications contracting. The role offers a mix of complex drafting, regulatory guidance, and advisory work tied to major tech procurement and outsourcing projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and negotiate complex technology, telco and commercial contracts.
  • Advise on regulatory and compliance frameworks relating to tech transactions.
  • Support on bespoke procurement and outsourcing matters.
  • Work with clients across sectors including public, private and digital services.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years PAE with a strong background in TMT or Commercial law.
  • Experience in IT procurement, outsourcing, and complex contracting.
  • Ability to manage files autonomously and take ownership of client matters.
  • Strategic thinker with commercial judgement.
  • Enjoys client interaction and being part of a collaborative team.
