**Job Opportunity:** Service Advisor

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to play a fundamental part in ensuring our exemplary customer service levels are consistently maintained.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with customer requirements for service and repair in an efficient and courteous manner.
  • They will assist with the loading of the workshop to ensure efficient utilisation of workshop capacity.
  • Responsibilities will also include carrying out customer follow-up and prospecting activities to maintain and build the volume of work within the workshop.
  • Accurate preparation and costing of customer invoices is also a key requirement.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills to resolve difficult situations with diplomacy.
  • Superior customer service skills, including a pleasant welcoming manner and the ability to relate to a wide range of people both in-person and via telephone.
  • Demonstrated computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Ability to work comfortably within a busy environment.

As a Service Advisor, you will utilise your mechanical aptitude to deliver exceptional customer service and capitalise on upselling opportunities.
