Job Opportunity: Senior Information Management Officer

Are you a skilled and experienced information management professional looking for a challenging role? We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Senior Information Management Officer.

In this critical position, you will be responsible for ensuring that our Council records are accurately maintained in accordance with business and legislative requirements. This includes maintaining confidentiality, privacy, and security of sensitive information, providing timely retrieval and delivery of data to staff, and exercising sound judgment when handling confidential matters.

  • Maintaining records management activities in line with regulatory and business standards
  • Providing prompt and efficient information services to staff members

This is a permanent full-time opportunity working 76 hours per fortnight. To succeed and thrive in this role, you must have hands-on experience with electronic document and records management systems (EDRMS), particularly TRIM / Content Manager. You must also be able to apply attention to detail and complete tasks to a high level of accuracy.
