  • Verify that food is stored and handled in accordance with health and hygiene standards.

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.

  • Assist in menu planning and estimating food requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • AQF associate degree, Certificate III, Certificate IV, or Diploma in a relevant Hospitality field.
  • Previous experience as a Chef.
  • Strong understanding of cooking methods and proficiency with kitchen tools and equipment.
  • Availability for full-time work.
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule.
