Claims Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Management Specialist to join our team in Perth, Western Australia.
- This role involves managing a portfolio of Workers Compensation claims, ensuring efficient and effective resolution.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and experience in insurance claims management, particularly in Workers Compensation and claims. They should also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, legal providers, and other stakeholders.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing complex claims, including investigating, assessing, and resolving claims-related issues.
- Providing end-to-end claims management services, from initial contact to final resolution.
- Collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to achieve successful claim outcomes.
