Job Description

As a senior professional in corrections, you will oversee the operations of Community Correctional Services. This role involves direct oversight of court order management and court services teams, as well as developing community partnerships with courts and local police.

This position requires extensive case management experience, particularly with complex and high-risk clients. You must also have a thorough understanding of best practice risk minimisation and therapeutic initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and resources effectively. They should also be able to monitor financial performance, resource, and staffing requirements.

A relevant qualification in social work, human services, or criminal justice discipline is highly desirable, along with work experience in a similar field.
