Senior Financial Professional

We are seeking a skilled Senior Accountant to lead our team and deliver exceptional client service with a focus on quality and an in-depth understanding of client needs.
This is a hands-on client-facing role, requiring technical expertise across accounting and tax to deliver complex special purpose reports, annual financial statements, tax returns and reconciliations for companies, partnerships and trusts.
Key Responsibilities- Developing and implementing effective workflow management strategies.
- Providing clarity of expectations and outcomes to team members.
- Delegating work and providing support and guidance to ensure team members are appropriately developed to have the skills to thrive in their roles.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Relevant tertiary and postgraduate qualification/certification.
- Experience working as a Senior Accountant in a professional services environment, preferably with some exposure to corporate clients.
