Job Summary

This is a leadership role in the Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) sector, requiring an experienced Educational Manager to lead a cluster of OSHC businesses.

Applicants with experience in Geelong and Western Suburbs locations are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage OSHC teams in schools to deliver high-quality educational programs.
  • Oversee all aspects of service management, staff management, program design support, business management, and motivating and managing teams.
  • Conduct regular educator appraisals to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with educators, principals, school staff, parents, regulatory authorities, and suppliers.
  • Prepare and support educators for Assessment and Rating reviews.
  • Provide monthly reports on team performance and progress.
