About the Role- Lead multiple store locations, overseeing operations for 2-3 days per week.
- Adopt a customer-centric approach, delivering exceptional in-store experiences.
- Empower, inspire, and coach teams to achieve high performance, upholding key company values.
- Meet sales and KPI targets across cluster stores.
- Manage rosters in line with store trading patterns.
- Elevate Visual Merchandising and store presentation standards.
- Monitor stock levels and prevent loss.
- Maintain a safe environment for teams and customers.
- Prior leadership experience in retail is essential.
- A genuine passion for customers and commitment to excellence.
- A can-do attitude, inspiring, motivating, and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent planning, time management, and organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to set clear goals and objectives for successful outcomes.
- Australian driver's license and own vehicle.
