  • Electro-Mechanical Equipment Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of electro-mechanical equipment to identify potential issues and recommend repairs.
  • Electrical Testing: Perform electrical tests using portable electronic equipment, including meggers, PdMA MCE, multimeters, and DLRO.
  • Motor Installation and Removal: Install and remove AC and DC electric motors, laser align equipment, and read precision measuring tools.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean electro-mechanical equipment using bead blasting, ice blasting, and solvent cleaning.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a professional environment and communicating effectively with customers.
  • Compliance and Safety: Complete assigned work in compliance with operating policies and procedures, and adhere to all safety standards and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience as a Millwright with AC/DC motor experience.
  • Qualifications: PdMA testing experience, Level 2 Vibration Analysis, and proficiency in alignments and on-site balancing.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to follow directions, and proficiency in Bentley system experience and proxy probe installation.
  • Education: Basic computer skills and a valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
