Senior Project Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced senior project coordinator to join our team in Victoria. The role is part of a 35-year history of community improvement through better buildings.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project documents, assisting estimators with pre-qualifications and tenders, collaborating with the project manager and site manager throughout construction phases, promoting efficiency and adhering to WHS regulations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Preparation and coordination of deliverables for practical completion.
  2. Effective close out and archiving of projects.
  3. Preparation of documentation and presentation materials for pre-qualifications and tenders.
About You
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or Construction Management & Building Economics.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience and completion of a graduate development program.
  • Familiarity with the project delivery process and commitment to safety, honesty, customer focus, teamwork, and performance excellence.
