The Project Opportunity

This is an ideal opportunity for a highly skilled Architect who thrives on technical project delivery and seeks long-term involvement in a significant industrial build project.

Role Overview

You will work closely with the Senior Architect leading the project, taking ownership of documentation and construction phases. Key responsibilities include:

  • Producing and coordinating shop drawings, RFIs, and documentation packages.
  • Leading day-to-day coordination with the builder and consultants.
  • Working in Revit across all documentation stages to a high technical standard.
  • Ensuring smooth delivery through construction, maintaining quality and accuracy.

About You

Key requirements for this role include:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in architectural practice, preferably on large complex projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction detailing, site coordination, and project documentation.
  • High proficiency in Revit.
  • Comfortable collaborating directly with builders, engineers, and internal teams.
  • Registered Architect (preferred but not essential).
  • Ability to commit to a multi-year project and see it through to completion.
